As I returned, a delicious smell wafted through the door: spices and bread intertwined. My favourite - curry! Firstly, the deep green of the spinach like a bubbling cauldron of chillies mixed with the plain, white rice attracted my eyes. The papadoms were crackling frisbees, coated in fluorescent orange mango chutney. A taste to die for! I tear the nan bread, discovering almonds inside, whose texture contrasts with the lamb and crunchy papadoms. Interestingly, my mouth burns with pleasure, refreshed by a drink of ice, cool water, a perfect end to my day. Could you imagine a better feast?

Sausages and mash is my favourite meal. The mash has a nice, fluffy texture. In addition, the sausages have a soft squishy texture. I always have a side of beans when I am eating it. The fluffy mash is a light white colour. Furthermore, the sausages have a lovely brown colour to them. In my opinion the sausages would be the favourite part of that meal(they are absolutely delicious!) There are lots of lovely flavours with this meal, which taste like gourmet food. If I had to describe it in three words, they would be: delicious, outstanding and amazing. Furthermore, there is lots of brilliant smells with this dish. This amazing meal tastes like gourmet food made by the best chefs in the world.

Cheese pizza is my favourite meal. The cheese has a nice creamy texture. Cheese consists of proteins and fat from milk, usually the milk of cows, buffalo, goats, or sheep. It is produced by coagulation of the milk protein casein. Typically, the milk is acidified and addition of the enzyme rennet causes coagulation. The solids are separated and pressed into final form. Some cheeses have molds on the rind or throughout. Most cheeses melt at cooking temperature. Also the under part of the pizza has a nice crunchy texture. As well as this when my mam starts to cook it i can usually smell it drafting through the kitchen door. My mam also puts some mozzarella on it. Fresh mozzarella is generally white, but may vary seasonally to slightly yellow depending on the animal's diet. It is a semi-soft cheese. Due to its high moisture content, it is traditionally served the day it is made, but can be kept in brine for up to a week, or longer when sold in vacuum-sealed packages. Low-moisture mozzarella can be kept refrigerated for up to a month, though some shredded low-moisture mozzarella is sold with a shelf life of up to six months. Mozzarella of several kinds are also used for most types of pizza and several pasta dishes, such as lasagna, or served with sliced tomatoes and basil in insalata caprese.

Could you edit it to appeal to the senses (perhaps use similes)?

A roast chicken dinner is my favorite meal. The roast potatoes are so nice they make your spine tingle with joy !!! The chicken just simply melts in your mouth like scadding hot butter !!! When you put the gravy on it makes it even more delious. In my opinion roast chicken dinners are mostly eaten on a sunday which is good i think because it is the start of a new week and what better at the start of the week to have the best meal there is on planet earth. Furthermore, it smells like something made in heaven which took years to craft (that is why it is so lovely)

I can understand why you like it so much. Lots of great exaggerated language here and some similes.

Generally, you shouldn't use more than 1 exclamation mark as it is too informal. One should be enough! Also, make sure you check through for typing errors (eg. i and missing full stops).

my favourite meal is sausge and mash. the smell wafts through my nostrels to my brain and then my brain forces to stick it into my mouth. the sausage is always smooth and not bumpy or rough and there are all different kinds of sausage theres: cumbland,richmond but they all taste as good as each other. Also the mash has a soft texture to it with its creamy, smooth taste. It is only patatoes mash which creates mash. The whole meal is a gift from heaven.

Some excellent exaggerated language (gift from heaven) and description appealing to different senses.

Your writing would benefit from proofreading. You haven't started every sentence with a capital, and the names of different types of sausage need them too!

I’m in my bedroom listening to music when the gorgeous smell drifts up the stairs – Sunday dinner. The mashed potato is a fluffy cloud and has a luxurious softness to it. Furthermore, the hot Bisto gravy is as sweet as a strawberry. (The best make of gravy ever)! Also, the Yorkshire puddings have a crispy rim and a base that’s soaked in gravy. As soon as I put the mashed potato in my mouth, it melts like a cube of butter. In addition, the gravy slides down my throat as fast as aeroplane flying through the air. Best meal ever.

My favorite meal is pepperoni pizza, the greatest meal that has been made. The tender, pinky-red pepperoni is a peppered cloud, which floats down your throat with terrific sofftness. When your teeth sink through the warm dough, you forget all your problems, and the texture is as fluffy as a freshly washed quilt. In addition, the tomato base combines the intoxicating dough with the spicy salami slices and the yummy mozzerala cheese. It is the glue that keeps the goodness together, which is most important. Best creation ever!

My favourite meal is sausage and chips because they taste very nice. Sausages are shaped like a long fat finger and the chips are smaller fingers made from potato. Sausages go brown when they are cooked and you can have them with lots of things but chips are the best. When you cook sausages in a pan they sizzle and sometimes go bang. Sausages are made from meat like pork and they smell meaty and spicy. Chips are golden brown and are crispy on the outside and soft in the middle. The meal is special to me because I normally have them on Saturday night with my gran, granddads and Mark my brother .

Sitting in front of me is the most delicious meal in the entire world! It looks very very tasty. It smells delicious, it tastes delicious and the potato and turnip is soft and creamy. In addition, the yorkshire puddings are crispy and the chicken is moist and hot with a crispy skin on the outside. If you tasted this luxoury meal you would feel as though you are in a 5 star hotel! Make sure you get a mouthful of this scrumpcious meal because it makes your life a whole lot better!

my fav meal is spaghetti bolognaise it is a delisious meal. When you eat it you just want more and more. If you come across this magnifacient meal you will want to eat trust me! The smell of it cooking makes your mouth water. Once you get a fork full you just can not stop eating untill it is all gone. Also it can get abit messy and it can go all over your face.It is so joosey and when you put the fork full in your mouth it runs down your chin and you have to lick your lips all the time.Do you want some?

My favourite meal is Tuna,Pasta,Sweetcorn and salad cream.I like the way the salad cream swishs around in my mouth and throat.I like it when the sweetcorn crunchs in my mouth as i swallow it.The tuna is like a fish still alive swimming in the salad cream.The pasta is as soft as a babys skin as i chew it.I like it when my food is so creamy in my dish or on my plate.It is so juicy i could eat it every day.I like the way my mum puts it in my dish or plate.

beans on toast,beans on toast is my favourite meal and it has the crusty delisious crusts and the juicy beans and the sauce flows in your mouth like a flowing waterful.The bread is as soft as a piece of sand and when you put it in your mouth you can taste the goodness. also the beans look like a golden rapper flowing down a stream and the bread looks like a patchwork field full of colourful flowers.

Remember to proofread for capitals and commas with openers. After all, the whole world can see it ;)

My favourite meal is chicken pasta,which I made myself the saturday just gone.The pasta has a nice soft texture with a lovely toping of dolmayo sauce, the chicken has a incredibly juicy texture with , you know it, some more dolmayo sauce. You are soposed to have garlic bread with it which my grandma says is a sin. However, I chose to have giant, thick, long, fluffy chips. But I don't agree, I think its much better to have chips with chicken pasta. Well anyway it tastes delicious. Here is a tip always read how long you put the pasta in for, before you do anything.

lay in frount of me is the best meal in the world , spaghetti bolingase, the delicious,long,stringy spaghetti slrups into my mouth making me close my eyes with luxury ! In addtion , the endulging bolingase,which has soft mice, ripend tomatos and tasty carrots lies on the top of the spaghetti like a soft quilt resting on a comftable bed. This temping meal goes perfctly with a sprinkle of grated cheese and warm crusty garlic bread !

My favorite meal is lasagna.It has many thick, creamy layers of runny cheese ,pasta and ground beef . Lasagna is a ancient greek dish , it has a irresistable smell,which once is inhaled means you must eat it.This dish is very filling and can be cooked in top restrants and served out to many nashonallities . A nother thing is like lasagna there is spaghetti,which is similar to this dish but it does not have thick cheese and mince with strips of pasta.

my fave meal is kebab meat and chips with salt on. as i walk past the shop the delicious smell waves go up my nose and it just drags me in. sometimes i prefer it with gravy but sometimes like salt.it is so delicious the spices in the kebab and the soft fluffy potato in the chips.
