We were going on our first row on the sea today. This morning I looked out the window and the sea was calm, the sky was bright blue and the day was perfect. Quickly I woke up my sisters Leah and Lara who were going to help me row the boat. We each had our pancakes (which dad had especially made for us) and pulled on our life jackets which would illuminate the darkness. Anxiously we hauled the boat. When we were in the middle of the sea we stopped. Slowly the sky got darker, then thunder crashed I don't know what happened next because I fainted. We are all now stranded...

Thank you for this 100WC, Logan. You've used some really powerful verbs, eg illuminate, and I like the way you've used adverbs to start some of your sentences. I really enjoyed reading this piece of writing.
